How do we get started? ​
Nicole will share a 10-min introduction about writing intuitively and finding "your own way"

After each writing phase (3-4 min), we take a short break to reflect or share

Guidance is suggestive and there is no "must"

Why
Write?
Get crystal-clear
Clarity
Feelings and thoughts come and go, sometimes it is hard to process, and putting it on paper (actual paper, not screen) slows down the thinking mind. When you write you create structure, as written words have a certain order.​
Declutter
Now it is out there on paper, instead of swirling inside your brain. You can now look at the thoughts/feelings/experiences in written form. It is like decluttering the brain, like putting things into
little boxes, and deciding if you still need them.

Calm
Once we have more clarity, there is space for new ideas, inspiration or solutions. Nothing needs to be solved though, sometimes getting more peace is all we need.
Curiosity First!
Curiosity is the main ingredient. We do not write for a certain result or grand piece of art - no, we write with childlike curiosity.

Compassionate guidance
​
Nothing is a must, except for maybe showing up with kindness towards yourself and everyone else. The group agrees to be non-judgemental and there is no "good" or "bad" way to write as this is not evaluated by anyone. The only reason to write is your personal wish and intention. All guidance is a suggestion, an invitation for you to explore writing/journaling.
