Guidance & Teaching Style

Holotropic Breathing involves lying down, relaxing and breathing as rapidly and deeply as possible to release blocked physical and emotional energy. The breathing pattern is explained and demonstrated in the beginning and there is time to ask questions. You will be introduced to the physical effects you might feel in your body during the session.

All guidance is a suggestion, an invitation for you to explore the energetic changes through breathing deeper.

Who developed Holotropic Breathing?

It was developed by psychiatrist Stanislov Grof in the 1970s as a drug-free way to induce a non-ordinary state of consciousness.
